Each product listing explains whether the item is handmade, 3D printed, manufactured from original artwork, or created by a guest artist.

Many of our artisan keycaps and customized pieces are individually sculpted, cast, painted, assembled, or finished by hand.

Our 3D-printed products are designed and printed by Aka. Stickers, acrylic goods, pins, and some guest artist products may be professionally manufactured using original or officially authorized artwork.

Most of our artisan keycaps are designed for mechanical keyboard switches with an MX-style cross-shaped stem, unless another stem type is stated in the listing.

They usually do not fit laptop keyboards, membrane keyboards, scissor-switch keyboards, or some low-profile mechanical keyboards. Please check your switch type and the compatibility information before purchasing.

Every handmade item is individually created, so small differences in painting, color blending, texture, surface finish, mold lines, or tiny bubbles may occur.

These natural variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects unless they significantly affect the product’s appearance or function.

Layer lines, small seams, slight support marks, and minor surface variations are normal characteristics of FDM 3D printing.

Gradient, silk, wood-style, glow, and multicolor filaments may also produce different color placements in every print, making each item slightly unique.

Processing time depends on the type of product.

Ready-to-ship items are prepared more quickly, while handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or commissioned items require additional production time. The estimated processing time is shown in each product listing.

Processing time is separate from the carrier’s shipping time.

Custom commission availability is limited and may open or close depending on Aka’s production schedule.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Depending on the situation, we may offer troubleshooting, a replacement part, a replacement item, store credit, or a refund. Please keep the item and packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
